Koger's 100,000-square-foot operation is centrally located in the eastern United States in Martinsville, Virginia, an hour's drive from both Roanoke, Virginia, and Greensboro, North Carolina.
The facilities include three separate manufacturing plants:
Blowpipe System and Cyclone Manufacturing Plant
21,000 square feet - equipped with two 5-ton overhead cranes; a CNC plasma arc cutting system; state-of-the-art, metal-forming and fabricating machinery.
Fan and Air-Loc Manufacturing Plant
24,100 square feet - equipped with 9 work cells, a 5-ton overhead crane, a CNC plasma arc cutting system, metal forming and fabricating machinery, fan balancing equipment, and a machine shop.
Blowpipe Components Manufacturing Plant
23,920 square feet - equipped with 5 angle roll machines, 2 elbow-forming machines and cast aluminum production.

26,400 square feet of stocked shelves of blowpipe components and material-handling equipment for immediate shipment to any location in the U.S. from 3 loading docks. Includes the CNC 500-ton punch press to feed directly to shelves.
