At Koger, we continue to enhance and upgrade our industry specific software programs that control our plasma arc cutting systems. With our advanced forming and fabricating capabilities, virtually any metal product design can be programmed for a precision cut.
In recent years, we have been asked to program, form and fabricate thousands of customized shapes for a variety of industrial applications. We welcome requests and orders for the fabrication of customized metal products specific to any industrial application.

Metal Braking
Three CNC press brakes with a maximum capacity of 320 tons able to brake 14' of 3/8" mild steel plate.
Rolling (Flat Metal)
Four sheet steel rolling machines with a maximum capacity to roll 10' of 3/8" mild steel or 1/4" plate of abrasion resistant steel.
Rolling (Angle and Flat-Bar)
Five angle and flat-bar rolling machines capable of rolling angle iron 3" x 3" x 3/8" leg-out, 2" x 2" x 1/4" leg-in, and 3" x 3/8" flat-bar.
Shearing
Two metal shears with a maximum capacity to shear 10' of 1/4" thick mild steel plate.
Burning
Two CNC plasma arc cutting machines with 8' x 16' cutting surfaces have a maximum capacity to burn up to 2" mild steel plate.
Blanking, Drawing and Stamping
One 500 ton CNC hydraulic state-of-the-art punch press with 48" x 48" bed, 24" open height and 6" shut height.
Cutting and Punching
Two Iron Workers with a maximum capacity of 300 tons cutting and punching capabilities.
Materials Handling
Three overhead cranes with 5 ton lifting and handling capacities.
Welding
Arc, mig and tig welding capabilities.
Pipe Seam Welding
One 6' automatic pipe seam welder.
Cleaning and Painting
Two pressure cleaning and painting operations for fabricated items.
